Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OODA Loop Digital website and services. By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

OODA Loop Digital provides website design, hosting, Google review campaign management, automated customer follow-up, missed call text back, and related digital marketing services for home service businesses. The specific services delivered to each client are outlined in the service terms provided at the time of onboarding.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is due at the time of signup and on the same date each month thereafter. OODA Loop Digital accepts credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize OODA Loop Digital to charge your card on the recurring schedule for your selected plan.

Setup fees where applicable are charged at the time of signup and are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your service for any reason, you may request a refund of your initial monthly subscription payment within 30 days of your onboarding completion date. This guarantee applies only to the first monthly subscription payment and does not apply to any subsequent recurring payments. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the guarantee period. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at [email protected]. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period following cancellation.

Upon cancellation the following will be discontinued: your hosted website, missed call text back, automated review campaigns, live chat widget, call tracking number, and all automated follow-up sequences.

The following remain yours permanently regardless of cancellation: all Google reviews generated during your subscription, your domain name if purchased separately, and your Google Business Profile.

Client Responsibilities

To receive full benefit of the service you agree to complete the onboarding form within 7 days of signup, provide access to your Google Business Profile when requested, submit customer names and phone numbers after completed jobs to trigger the review campaign, and respond to onboarding communications in a timely manner. The 30-day guarantee clock does not start until onboarding is complete.

Results Disclaimer

OODA Loop Digital provides digital marketing services in good faith and makes every effort to deliver results. However we do not guarantee specific outcomes including search rankings, call volume, review counts, or revenue results. Results vary based on factors including industry, market, competition, client responsiveness, and the quality of the client's own work and customer relationships.

SMS Messaging

OODA Loop Digital uses A2P 10DLC compliant SMS messaging to communicate with website visitors, prospective clients, and to deliver services on behalf of our clients.

By submitting your phone number through any form on this website, you consent to receive SMS messages from OODA Loop Digital related to your inquiry. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our services.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance reply HELP.

We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or failure. Such issues may occur due to network problems, device compatibility, or carrier restrictions outside our control.
